This project involves the construction of a two storey cottage to replace the existing old cottage built at the end of the 1950’s. The design, which has been developed with the highest energy and environmental standards has been played through two separate functional volumes: the House, in white painted render, and its Services, clad with natural timber planks. These volumes and are divided by a glazed gap, which generates also the internal circulation. In the basement has been located a leisure area comprising of a swimming pool, spa, sauna, gym, and a multipurpose living-party room.
